Dear members and friends,

For those of us who work in the community sector, April should see the publication of two important policy documents from the Scottish Government. `Action Plan for an Enterprising Third Sector` from the Third Sector Team; and `Community Empowerment Action Plan` from the Community Engagement Team. Unfortunately these two teams (which both sat in Communities Scotland), are now located in different Directorates and it's still unclear which part of Scottish Government is responsible for the community sector. LPL will continue to press for clarity.
